Because money is exchanged, laws require us to have insurance. HOWEVER, since this is a small event among friends and family, we are asking that participants waive responsibility and release any liability on us. Meaning, if you happen to get hurt at the event, you won't sue us. We will also be capturing the event for archival documentation and promotional purposes, so we are asking that all participants allow us to use their thoughts, words, image, and likeness for any and all future promotions. Are you willing to release all liability and likeness to us? (This does not qualify as a binding contract, we just need to know your preference.)
